In order to redeem your certificate you must enter the full website address listed on your redemption certificate. Due to a change in our website hosting company, you are no longer required to enter the .html portion of the website address. For example, if the registration page listed on your certificate is www.yourvacationescape.net/abc.html you will now enter www.yourvacationescape.net/abc.

Due to the fact that hotel contracts can change at any time and because we cannot guarantee that you will be staying in any specific hotel, we are not able to provide hotel names prior to the time the reservation is made. However, hotels will all be rated a minimum of three stars, so you can be sure you will enjoy your vacation!
